Shipping policy

SILHEAR is committed to delivering your order with precision, speed, and care. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

International Shipping

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and express shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Please note that the availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or carrier issues etc. may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You are responsible for monitoring your shipment and ensuring availability to receive delivery.

After the order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping, sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we can’t always guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet left our warehouse.

Delivery & Risk

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the specified address.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. SILHEAR is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly
  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we may issue a refund excluding shipping costs.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes

SILHEAR is not liable for delays outside of our control, but we will always work to resolve issues promptly.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will investigate and provide a resolution where appropriate.
